where to park
We are located at the corner of 16th Ave and Main St in Lake Como. There is free two hour parking on Main St, and free unlimited parking on both 16th and 17th Ave.
There is also a gravel lot across the street from us that is free to park in!
card capture
All services require a card on file to hold the appointment. No upfront payment is required to confirm your selected time slot. We understand that things happen, however, we ask any cancellations or rescheduling takes place no less than 72 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged $50.
This will automatically be charged to the card on file.
​
For appointments 3+ hours, a deposit may be collected by your stylist. In the event of a last minute cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
no refunds
In the event you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, the stylist who originally worked on your hair will be more than happy to provide a complimentary second service to correct the issue under these terms:
1. Complaint must be made within a 72 hour period of original service;
2. Corrective service must be booked within a week of original service;
3. Corrective service will be to achieve desired result discussed in original consultation.
*A change of heart is not covered under our service guarantee policy.

All color and extension appointments require a consultation. There is a $25 in-person consultation fee.

There is a transaction fee
of 2.7% insured on all credit
transactions.
gratuity
Cash gratuity is preferred.
We will no longer be accepting Venmo tips as of April 15, 2023.
tardiness
Your stylist reserves the right to add an additional "accommodation fee" of $1/minute to the final cost of your appointment in the event you are late to your appointment.
Your stylist also reserves the right to cancel your appointment if they are not able to accommodate you.
