OWNER & SAGE STYLIST
The Queen B. (Sorry Beyoncé) and our regular-sized Nikki (see below). One half of the whole Cancerian mind-melding that is Willow & Jade. Nikki is the angel on your shoulder telling you how much you need that water filter in your shower and how much you DON'T need that negative energy in your life. Nikki takes her guest's hair VERY seriously, and offers up her gift of hair knowledge to you, goddess. Nikki's awards and features are too numerous to count, so be sure to follow her on social media because we're sure there's more to come.

JADE STYLIST
Julez is the fun, boisterous soul you'll always see laughing and joking around with her guests. But don't let her fun-loving personality fool you, she's also PROFESH AF. She's devoted a huge chunk of her time to education (She's even a Redken Certified Colorist) and has been featured by Behind the Chair as a One Shot stylist. Julez creates amazing vivid hair looks but also LOVES her blondes.

JADE STYLIST
Steph can wrap one mean perm, bang out a color correction in no time flat, and she has a cat named Jackie Daytona (What We Do in the Shadows reference). She's been doing hair for nearly 20 years and she brings every bit of knowledge she's gained in that time to every guest that sits in her chair. So whether you want the perfect blonde or an absolutely FIERCE French bob, Steph has you covered.

WILLOW STYLIST
If Willow and Jade had a cheerleader, it would be Sam H. She specializes in razor cutting and makeup, and has a knack for “pretty girl hair”. When not perfecting hairstyles, Sam's either crushing it on the golf course or performing Lady Marmalade choreography at your local bridal shower (this is an unpaid gig). She balances a serious approach to her career with a love of cheesy jokes and yacht rock.

She's your low-key hype woman who makes sure you're up on all the latest trends. She's our jack-of-all-trades and master of all. So whether you want the MOST Pinterest-worthy boho updo, extensions that rival Rapunzel's luxurious locks, or the sickest shag in the tri-state area, Kelley's your girl.

Our pocket-sized Nikki. Her dog is bigger than she is (and her sons are almost there too). This Nikki can tackle the craziest color correction with ease. Don't be fooled by her pixie cut, 90% of her guests have hair that rivals Rapunzel. Nikki loves a good vivid hair project but also creates beautiful lived in looks.

FRONT DESK/HOSPITALITY
Ruth has been a covert-operative at W&J since April '23. But lucky for us they have decided to join the team on a more permanent basis! Ruth loves SpongeBob, their fav cocktail is as unique as they are (ask them about it!) and they are probably R+Co's biggest fan. Although Ruth is a full time student, they'll be with us permanently on SUNDAAAEEEEEs starting in Fall of '24!

Sydney brings ambitious, confident, and creative energy to Willow & Jade. She’s passionate about creating a positive, comfortable atmosphere where guests feel at ease and truly confident.
Having loved doing hair from a young age, Sydney is excited to grow within the Willow & Jade team and is currently refining her skills with the goal of specializing in color.
Outside the salon, she’s a self-proclaimed music nerd who loves concerts and discovering new alternative artists. She also shares her life with her dog, Scooby.
And yes, she’s a triple Scorpio.

Alanna brings resilient, intuitive, and empathetic energy to Willow & Jade, creating a calm yet magnetic space where clients feel genuinely seen and safe. Her goal is for every guest to leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and completely themselves.
Drawn to the beauty industry through creativity and connection, Alanna specializes in blonding, as well as enhancing natural curls, and adding length or density with extensions.
Outside the salon, she spends time with her two cats, explores Reiki and tarot, and finds inspiration in all things creative and soulful.

GUEST HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST/RECEPTIONIST
Ashleigh is the first smile you see at Willow & Jade. Bringing creative, outgoing energy to every guest who walks through our doors. She loves chatting with clients, hearing their stories, and making everyone feel genuinely excited to be here. Outside the salon, you'll find her crocheting or diving into some other creative project. A detail-oriented, whimsical spirit that carries into the way she cares for every guest.
